Although it may sometimes be financially necessary to utilize insurance benefits to pay for therapy, there are several important factors to consider when using your insurance. Insurance claims require a medical diagnosis, even if one doesn’t exist. Your private information, even under new privacy policies, may be required from the insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact me to see if your services are covered with me as an in-network provider. If I am considered an out-of-network provider, I can submit a claim for your reimbursement of my fee.
My professional fees are subject to change and are currently as follows:

Fees can be paid with cash, check or credit card. Payment is required at time of services. When cancellations of office appointments are necessary, clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours notification in advance by phone messages only. Clients will be charged for office sessions not canceled 24 hours in advance.
